The Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He has passed the higher secondary school certificate examination held by Gujarat Secondary Education Board in April 1983. He has also passed diploma course examination in Electronics and Radio Engineering held by Technical Examinations Board, Gujarat. He has been on Board of our Company since incorporation and is responsible for managing day – to – day operations of our Company. He was previously associated with Gujarat Communications and Electronics Limited for over 12 years. He has around 26 years of experience in the construction sector.
Girishbhai Bachubhai Varsani, aged 70 years, is one of the Promoters of our Company. He has completed his basic education. He was previously associated with our Company as a whole time director. He has around 24 years of working experience, including experience in construction sector.
He is the Whole-Time Director of our Company. He is an undergraduate and has completed his 11th standard from Shree Karansinhji High School, Rajkot. He has been on the Board of our Company since incorporation and is responsible for overseeing projects undertaken by our Company. He has around 22 years of experience in the construction sector.
He is one of the Executive Directors of our Company. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Lukhdhirji Engineering College, Morbi, Gujarat. He was previously associated with ourCompany as a Whole-Time director. He is currently on the board of SKPL Foundation. He is responsible for the marketing and business development functions of our Company. He has around 17 years of working experience, including experience in construction sector.
He is one of the Executive Directors of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering Bangalore (Autonomous College) of Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka. He is responsible for projects undertaken by our Company. He has been associated with our Company since 2019. He has around 7 years of experience in the construction sector.
Smit Kumanbhai Varsani, aged 31 years, is one of the Promoters of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from RK University. He has around 5 years of working experience, including experience in construction sector.
